Once I’ve designed your website and transferred ownership, I can provide ongoing support on a monthly basis through a Website Support Package.

Or if you already have a Wix website and need regular updates, such as adding new products to your shop, our monthly website support packages are here to help.

  • SEO updates

  • Minor content updates (text, images or simple changes)

  • Access to technical support via email during business hours

$90 + gst per month

  • Loading of new products - maximum of 4 products per month and/or updating Gallery with images

  • 10% discount off hourly rate when ad hoc support might be needed

  • Updates to your Google Business Page (posts, updating info, adding photos - valued at $50 + gst per month)

  • Reasonable amount of content updates (text, images, videos and design changes)

  • Loading of new products - maximum of 8 products per month and/or updating Gallery with images

  • Access to technical support via email during business hours

  • Phone support, as needed

  • 15% discount off hourly rate when ad hoc support might be needed

  • Updates to your Google Business Page (posts, updating info, adding photos - valued at $50 + gst per month)

  • Yearly review of your website - we will make suggestions about updates to your site and carry out with your approval - if extensive changes are recommended, we will supply a quote

Please note:

*If any edits, redesigns or additional feature developments are over and above what is deemed a fair and reasonable amount of working hours, we may provide a quote to carry out that work.

Conditions of Monthly Support Packages:

1)  Packages must be paid in advance, the month prior to the requested service. This ensures our availability and allows us to allocate time for your work.

2)  Packages require an initial two-month commitment. After this period, one month's notice is required to cancel the package, in accordance with the billing structure.

3)  If you need additional phone or site support beyond what your package includes, an extra invoice will be issued based on the hourly rate applicable to your package.
