Google
Google Business Page (GBP) listing
A Google Business Page (GBP, formerly Google My Business) is a free listing on Google which enables business owners to manage how they appear online across Google, helps make their business stand out and also helps to attract new customers.
Whilst its a free listing, it can be tricky to set up, but we can help!
  • It will improve your businesses local SEO (search engine optimisation)
  • A Google Business Page profile will help you rank higher in results, maybe even putting you ahead of your competitors (especially if they don't have a listing!)
  • Your contact details (phone, website, hours) are easily accessible for potential customers to get in touch with you.
Google My Business

$120 + gst
  • You can add posts and photos to your listing which will appear in Google images.
  • If you add a physical address, you will appear in Google maps.
  • Your customers can leave Google reviews... this in turn builds trust and credibility with your customers and other potential customers who are looking for your products and/or services.
When kept up to date with regular posts and photos, GBP is a very powerful support tool for your business.  In short, if you don't have one, you absolutely need one!
Social Media
We can manage your Facebook and/or Instagram accounts.
Social Media Retainer Package
We can customise a package that can include:
  • setting up of the account(s) if required
  • drafting and scheduling posts to Facebook and/or Instagram
  • content created to particular platform size specifications
    (FB and Instagram posts and stories are different frame sizes)
  • regular / daily stories, reels, highlights
  • edits and updates to Facebook and Instagram cover/sliders/headers
  • providing monthly analytical reports
  • Facebook campaigns / paid advertising - set up and posts (actual advertising costs additional)

Packages are to be paid in advance of services on a monthly basis so as to "retain" our services to allocate time to your work. 
Web Maintenance
Website Maintenance Retainer Package
This package includes:
  • edits to website* (text and/or photos)
  • minor redesign of elements of a page 
  • loading of blog post (up to 4 per month)
  • updates to your Google Business Page (posts, updating info, adding photos/products)
  • site monitoring and SEO updates
  • phone support to assist you with the management/editing of the site
  • Half yearly meeting to discuss marketing initiatives, website performance, redesigns and other options relating to your online growth

The package is to be paid in advance of services on a monthly basis (ie the month before the service) so as to "retain" our services so we can allocate time to your work.
This package requires an initial 2-month commitment, after this time you will be required to give one month's notice before the retainer package can be cancelled.

If any edits, redesigns or additional feature developments are over and above what is deemed a fair and reasonable amount of working hours, we may provide a quote to carry out that work.

WEBSITE WORK
1-hour of support for your WIX site could include the following:
  • website edits to text or text uploading
  • website edits to images or image uploading (up to 5)
  • loading of social media blog post (up to 8)
  • changing of website colour schemes
  • minor redesign of some elements of a page on your site
  • reconfiguration of shop/products/categories
  • additional WIX site training

  • carry out an audit and recommend changes which either we can do or we can train you how to do yourself
  • we can look at the backend of your website, checking all the SEO is correct and connect your site to Google
