Google Set Ups
We highly recommend that you set up Google Analytics and Google My Business accounts as part of your SEO plan.  These are both a free service and help with your ranking in Google.
If you are unsure of how to set these up, we can advise and we can set them up on your behalf.

Google Analytics is one of the most popular digital analytics software.

It is Google's free web analytics service that allows you to analyse in-depth details about the visitors on your website. It provides valuable insights that can help you to shape the success strategy of your business.

Google My Business is a free tool that helps small businesses create and manage their Google listings, which appear when customers find businesses on Google Search and Maps. It helps businesses attract new customers and share information about what makes them special.

Social Media Retainer Package
This package includes:
  • setting up of the accounts if required
  • drafting and loading posts to Facebook and Instagram
  • up to 12 posts per month (cross-posting) - we will be guided by you as to content and you will supply images unless otherwise discussed - if you need more posts per month, additional charges may apply
  • providing monthly analytical reports
  • Facebook campaigns / paid advertising - set up and posts (advertising costs additional)
  • edits and updates to Facebook and Instagram cover/sliders/headers
The package is to be paid in advance of services on a monthly basis so as to "retain" our services to allocate time to your work.

*This will be billed at a cost of $260 + gst per month which covers the calendar weeks.
We can manage your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
 
Website Maintenance Retainer Package
Up to 1-hour per month of site editing work, which can include some of the following:
  • edits to text or text uploading
  • edits to images or image uploading (up to 5)
  • loading of blog post (up to 8 per month)
  • minor redesign of some elements of a page on the site
  • analytical reports from your WIX site (how many hits to your site, which pages are more popular, location, audience, etc)
  • site monitoring and SEO updates
  • phone support to assist you with the management/editing of the site
  • updates to your Google My Business page
  • quarterly meeting (either in person or via phone) to discuss marketing initiatives, website performance, redesigns and other options relating to your online growth

The package is to be paid in advance of services on a monthly basis (ie the month before the service) so as to "retain" our services so we can allocate time to your work.
This package requires an initial 2-month commitment, after this time you will be required to give one month's notice before the retainer package can be cancelled.
 
Ad hoc Support
Does your WIX site need tidying up?  Do you have a pile of new products that you don't have time to list in your online store?  Need a hand setting up your social media accounts or scheduling a pile of posts for the next few weeks?
Well, help is at hand! 
We offer an hourly support service to assist you to get those jobs done.
WEBSITE WORK
1-hour of support for your WIX site could include the following:
  • website edits to text or text uploading
  • website edits to images or image uploading (up to 5)
  • loading of social media blog post (up to 8)
  • changing of website colour schemes
  • minor redesign of some elements of a page on your site
  • reconfiguration of shop/products/categories

If you have a WIX Standard Website and want to upgrade to a WIX E-commerce Website, ie, add a shop / accept payments / take bookings, we can help.

  • additional page added to your site
  • up to 10 products uploaded with image and product description
  • if you have more products, please refer to "additional products" (above)
  • WIX SEO
  • mobile phone configuration
  • you will need to upgrade your WIX subscription to an appropriate Business Plan - we can recommend which would work best with the features you choose to upgrade to and we can also assist with this process
